We rented a plumbing jetter at Kenmac for one day. The price was reasonable. We were going to pick it up on Saturday morning but was then offered to pick it up Friday at 4pm to make it the full 24 hour day, so we took them up on that, making things much easier to start on Saturday morning with the machine. Pick up and drop off process was easy. They went over the machine and how to start and use it, how and when to use the reset button, and answered all my questions. The guy in the loading area even helped me load it into the truck and get it situated before I left. The machine worked as promised and fixed our problem. Very happy with the product and the customer service. Thanks!
